How soon do my orders ship out?

During peak season, USPS may experience delays in shipping your order. However, we regularly ship out or orders right away after your payment clears. 

My payment was declined, but the charge is still showing up on my credit card statement. What should I do?

Our merchant services will automatically refund your credit card if your payment declines. This means that your bank has rejected the payment, and normally you will be credited within 2-5 business days.

You may see the charge show as "pending," during that time, however, rest assured that the payment will be reversed.
